Lots of local households are still into the craft making the place attractive to those curious to see how ceramic dishes are made, but who would also like to try the craft for themselves.
There are various pottery related festivals here throughout the year – the International Colony of Art Ceramics every August or the cooking conquest in autumn, to name a couple.
Stalls with ceramic dishes can even be seen on the main road, making the place easier to find. The first tourist stop here is usually at the small park called Terzića avlija that consists of a traditional restaurant with a couple of old Serbian houses decorated with authentic objects and furnishings. This is a nice place to have lunch in a traditional ambiance surrounded by colorful gardens.
