It covers the area of 661 square kilometers and it is mostly under the authority of Lučani municipality. The main tourist attraction is first and foremost the Guča settlement because of its Trumpet Festival.
Even though the area is abundant in nature with a few historic places to visit, the trumpet legacy can be discerned almost everywhere. It would thus be a pity not to stop by the Trumpet Museum in Guča or the Ovčar-Kablar Gorge with its medieval monasteries.
