At the very center of Perućac settlement, 13 km from Bajina Bašta, there is a small river to see that is, as locals would say, “as long as the year itself”.
It stretches for only 365 meters. This tiny river springs out in the foot of the Tara mountain, flowing beneath the road and through a restaurant, only to tumble down into Drina with a roar of the 10-meter-waterfall.
There are ways to see the waterfall from above, but also from Drina river. Rent a kayak or stand-up paddling board and admire the magnificent sight of the shortest river in Serbia.
