The Old Han is the building erected during the Ottoman rule at the beginning of the 18th century. Given its typical architectural characteristics of the period, it is one of the protected historical monuments of Serbia. It now serves as a Visitor Center.
There is also a statue in front of the Han dedicated to Antonije Kosijer, the town’s founder. Kosijer came from the village of Montenegro with his three sons and settled here. Hence the name of the town.
